Eligibility

Who Qualifies

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You purchased a paid subscription directly from us
  • You request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment
  • You have not previously received a refund for StartApps
  • Your account has not been terminated for violations of our Terms of Service

What's Not Eligible

Refunds are not available for:

  • After 30 Days: Requests made more than 30 days after initial payment
  • Renewals: Subscription renewals (only the initial purchase qualifies)
  • Partial Months: Unused portions of a billing period
  • Add-Ons: Additional services or features purchased separately
  • Violation of Terms: Accounts terminated for abuse or policy violations

How to Request a Refund

  3. We'll Review: Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  4. Receive Refund: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

  • The date of your initial purchase
  • A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful)
  • Your original payment method (for verification)

Processing Time

  • Request Review: 1-2 business days
  • Refund Issuance: 3-5 business days after approval

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems preventing you from using the Service:

  • We'll work to resolve the issue promptly
  • If we cannot resolve it within 5 business days, you may qualify for a prorated refund

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Log in to your StartApps account
  2. Go to Settings → Billing
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation

Effect of Cancellation

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to paid features until the period ends
  • Your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan
  • Data is retained for 30 days in case you want to reactivate
  • After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted

Data Export Before Refund

Before requesting a refund, we strongly recommend:

  • Exporting your contacts and deals (CSV format available)
  • Saving any email templates or automation workflows
  • Downloading important reports or data

Once a refund is processed and your account is cancelled, data is retained for only 30 days before permanent deletion.
